Minimum Job Requirements

1. 4 years of professional work experience in business administration.

1. Pass the required project management skills.

Preferred Major Study

Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, MIS, computer science, or information technology.

Specify Work Experience

Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business administration, including administration development and HR functions.

Preferred Certificates

1. KPI
2. CIPD L5
3. Project management certificate

Preferred Skills

Team management, training & development, instructional design, and extensive knowledge of contracts, procurement procedures, and policies.
