Title: Business Solutions Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Support candidate to join the Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The candidate's primary role will be driving the digital transformation of business processes by supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of business solutions. This role ensures that Digital Platforms are effectively integrated into existing operations to enhance efficiency, reporting, and decision‐making. The candidate will work closely with IT, technology coordinators, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and deliver tailored support and training, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, configuration, and rollout of project portfolio management tools (Digital Platform).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify design expectations, document functional requirements, and develop process maps that address operational challenges and align with strategic objectives.
- Prepare RFP for feasibility study including but not limited to the following:
- Operating Cost, NPV and payback period, and total cost of ownership.
- Recommended organization chart manpower with disciplines breakdown to operate and maintain Platform ecosystem.
- Business services offering model and service catalog.
- Business case analysis & operating model (Operate & Maintain vs. outsource O&M).
- Service commercial opportunities.
- Service chargeback model.
- Establish and enforce standardized methodologies, guidelines, and best practices for digital business solutions, ensuring consistency across multiple programs.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and custom reports using advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real‐time insights into operational performance and cost optimization.
- Identify opportunities to deploy automation solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks, integrating these solutions into existing workflows.
- Work closely with IT teams and technology coordinators to ensure new business solutions are seamlessly integrated with current enterprise systems and digital platforms.
- Produce, edit, and distribute comprehensive business documents, technical mappings, process flows, and user manuals tailored to different audiences and support needs.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate users on new business solutions, ensuring effective adoption and smooth transition to digital workflows.
- Continuously assess the performance of implemented solutions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements to enhance overall business efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL, COBIT 5, PMP, PRONCE2 certifications are preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise systems support within large‐scale industrial or construction projects.
- Proven experience with enterprise business solutions and digital platform implementations.
- Proficiency in business analytics and reporting and experience with automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, and systems integration.
- Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and IT service management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities with a data‐driven approach.
- Effective training and change management skills, capable of fostering digital adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
