Manage the relationship for business stakeholders across SCA, acting as the point of contact between Business Technology departments and the business.
Identify, analyze and capture business requirements from business, as well as external stakeholders (e.g., Contractors) as appropriate.
Collaborate with the business to obtain their buy-in on business requirements, with the purpose of deployment of new business technology services or the enhancements of existing services.
Track and manage Service Level Agreements and service performance, escalating any areas of under performance for resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.
Prior experience of (6+ years) in a managerial or supervisory role.
