Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with Devoteam's strategic goals and objectives.
• Monitor process performance and provide regular reports to highlight areas for improvement and track progress.
• Ensure processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Work closely with leadership teams to align business processes with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in business process management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with process automation tools and software.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Understanding of industry-specific processes and standards.
