Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across departments. The role involves analyzing business data, developing dashboards, and providing insights that enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with departments to understand data needs and objectives.
2. Develop advanced dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
3. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to identify patterns and trends.
4. Present insights through compelling visualizations and reports.
5. Ensure data integrity and security in collaboration with IT.
6. Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to aid decision-making.
7. Identify enhancements in data collection and processing methodologies.
8. Stay updated with trends in BI and data analytics.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Experience in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
7. Exposure to statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
