Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with strong expertise in financial modeling to lead and execute comprehensive profitability analyses across the company's offerings. This role is critical in identifying key profit drivers, forecasting financial performance, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring strategic financial alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Modeling & Forecasting
   1. Develop advanced financial models to predict revenue, expenses, and profitability.
   2. Utilize Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software to enhance forecasting accuracy.
   3. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
2. Profitability & Cost Optimization
   1. Conduct in-depth profitability analysis for various business units and offerings.
   2. Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial efficiency improvement.
   3. Benchmark financial performance against competitors and market trends.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
   1. Review financial statements to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
   2. Develop detailed reports on financial performance, including variance analysis.
   3. Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
4. Risk Management & Strategic Decision-Making
   1. Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
   2. Support decision-making on resource allocation and investment opportunities.
   3. Ensure alignment between financial planning and business objectives.
5. Market Research & Industry Analysis
   1. Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to evaluate financial impact.
   2. Provide recommendations based on industry benchmarks and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Certifications (Preferred): CPA, CFA, CMA or equivalent.
3. Experience: Minimum 8+ years in financial modeling, business finance, and profitability analysis.
4. Technical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
