We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in engaging potential tenants, executing leasing strategies, and contributing to the success of our residential communities.

What You’ll Do

Leasing Operations & Tenant Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct property tours, showcase available units, and highlight key features to prospective tenants.
  • Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records, agreements, and tenant information.

Negotiation & Contract Execution

  • Guide tenants through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Negotiate lease terms while aligning with company policies and market trends.
  • Manage the execution of lease agreements and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property listings across platforms like Right compound, compound In, Bayut, Aqar, and Satel’s website.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract high-quality tenants and reduce vacancy rates.
  • Assist in organizing open houses, promotional events, and community engagement initiatives.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor rental market trends and competitor activity to provide data-driven recommendations on pricing strategies.
  • Generate leasing performance reports and provide insights to optimize occupancy rates.

Tenant Relations & Retention

  • Ensure a seamless move-in experience for new tenants, including contract execution and onboarding.
  • Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Foster strong tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and lease renewals.

Who You Are

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented, excelling at building relationships and providing outstanding service.
  • A strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to engage, persuade, and close deals effectively.
  • Tech-savvy and organized, comfortable working with CRM systems, leasing platforms (Bayut, Aqar, Ejar), and digital communication tools.
  • Results-driven and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and proactively finding solutions to challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience in leasing, real estate sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and online leasing portals.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
