Job Purpose

  • Identify new business opportunities for GBNTC & Know., develop sales in new sales territories aiming to generate additional revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
  • Experience in the education and Events industries as well as Media Productions.
  • Must be Bi-lingual (Arabic – English)

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients, draw up client contracts, regularly meet with them face to face or over the phone, online, etc.
  • Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet their needs.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' services (Training, Consulting, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Event Management, and Media Productions) and be able to advise others about them.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline.
  • Liaise with the finance team, Procurement & logistics teams as appropriate.
  • Seek ways of improving how the business operates.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to Senior Management / the CEO.
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
  • Develop creative technical proposals (in both Arabic and English) that are customized to client needs.
  • Develop commercial proposals for prospective projects/clients.
  • Negotiate project budgets with clients and be able to present the company value proposition.
  • Manage and direct team members to execute the services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field is required.

Experience:

3 – 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.

  • IT skills, including the use of MS Office, Spreadsheets, and PP- Market Analysis.
  • Sales Management / Corporate Sales Reach & Approach.
  • Analyze sales figures and write professional reports.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Skills in developing creative technical proposals (in Arabic) that are customized to client needs.
  • Skills in developing commercial proposals for prospective projects/clients.
