As a Business Development Manager at Starlinks, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and other key stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industry sectors for business expansion.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through various channels.
Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics regularly.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to identify growth areas.
Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and generate leads.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
+5 years of experience in a leadership role in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM and sales software and databases is a plus.
Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
Strong hands-on experience in Freight, Logistics, and Transportation.
