Job description

We are seeking dynamic, relationship-driven professionals to join our team and bridge Middle Eastern clients (architects, builders, developers) with top-tier furniture and home product suppliers.

This position is open both for UAE and KSA location.

Note: high-impact business development position where you will:

  1. Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
  2. Promote international sourcing trips to China & Turkey for premium home products.
  3. Close deals by connecting clients with the best suppliers.
  4. Travel frequently for client meetings and factory visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Networking
    1. Attend industry events, trade shows, and real estate expos in the Middle East.
    2. Build a strong pipeline of architects, luxury home builders, and hospitality projects.
    3. Use LinkedIn, B2B meetings, and referrals to generate leads.
  2. Sourcing Trip Facilitation
    1. Organize and lead client visits to furniture factories in China & Turkey.
    2. Coordinate factory tours, product showcases, and negotiations.
    3. Present cost-saving benefits, customization options, and supply chain advantages of sourcing from China/Turkey.
    4. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    5. Stay updated on Middle East construction trends, luxury interior demands, and competitor sourcing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or architect/client relations (preferably in furniture, construction, or interior design).
  • Existing network with architects, developers, or procurement teams (a huge plus).
  • Strong negotiation & persuasion skills (this is a commission-driven role).
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Mandarin/Turkish is a big advantage).
  • Tech-savvy (CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom/Teams for virtual pitches).
  • Extroverted, confident, and relationship-focused with a strong ability in closing deals.
