As the Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams on business strategy, market entry, and customer acquisition
  • Leading negotiations and securing contracts for new ventures and business deals
  • Driving revenue growth and ensuring strong performance against business targets
  • Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Overseeing the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities
  • Analyzing business processes and needs, creating added value by conducting effective financial analysis, data analysis and performance improvement practices
  • Keeping an eye on market trends and identifying areas for expansion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to completion
  • Ability to build strong networks
  • Excellent accuracy and high level of detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
