Job Description

Purpose:
Manage the development and implementation of innovative processes, upgrading of existing production lines and establishing new projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Directly reporting to CEO.
2. Responsible for ensuring that execution of approved projects is in process according to targeted time schedule and that expenditure is under control in accordance with the approved budget and in compliance with the company’s policy.
3. Supervise the department’s team and work in a supporting role, as required, to ensure efficient utilization of available resources.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

1. Engineering degree or relevant tertiary qualification.
2. Sound practical project management experience of 8 to 15 years in the industry.
3. Must be excellent in written English and communication skills.
4. Must possess team and leadership skills, including openness to ideas, flexibility, and the ability to make a positive contribution to reinforcing team performance.
