Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base based in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the Middle Eastern market and a deep understanding of client acquisition strategies. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory for this role. You will play a key role in enhancing our market presence and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in KSA to expand our client base and drive business growth.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in recruitment companies and related sectors.
  3. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the Middle East.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to achieve company goals.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the Middle Eastern recruitment industry.
  2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the labor market and recruitment industry in KSA and other Middle Eastern countries.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.
  4. Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  5. Education: A relevant degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
