Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager having experience within the FX industry. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong portfolio of IBs, supporting the company strategy to drive business growth and enhance its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engaging in market research and identifying potential business opportunities.
2. Developing business strategies, taking into consideration meeting client needs.
3. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4. Providing support to CPA/IBs as and when required in an efficient manner.
5. Staying up to date with relevant industry trends and developments, including monitoring the competition, and suggesting improvements to management.

Qualifications

1. Proven track record of more than 2 years of experience in a relevant role in the Forex industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong network of contacts within the Forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another related field.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
