Job Description

A leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their Manpower Division. This role is crucial in driving growth and establishing strong partnerships with clients who require top-tier manpower solutions. The Business Development Manager will focus on strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing the client base while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the manpower division.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their manpower needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee and mentor junior business development staff within the division.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the manpower or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
