The ideal candidate will blend strong sales and business development skills with the ability to understand client challenges and lead solution-oriented conversations. This role requires experience in selling high-tech industrial solutions, especially within sectors like energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or utilities, and an ability to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. An MBA or technical certifications (such as in IoT or AI) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with technologies like IoT, AI/ML, and Physics-based modeling (e.g., CFD, FEA).
Experience in crafting solution proposals and collaborating with technical teams for customer delivery.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess business development strategies and optimize customer engagement.
6-12 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer solutions, with a focus on B2B technology or industrial solutions.
Proven experience in successfully selling Digital Twin, Asset Performance Management, AI-powered solutions, AR/VR technologies or similar complex technologies.
Strong understanding of industrial processes, asset management, and predictive maintenance, particularly for static and rotating equipment.
Technical acumen to communicate the benefits of AI and physics-based simulations in solving real-world industry problems.
Experience working within sectors such as oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, or utilities.

Exceptional ability to build and foster relationships at various organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
