Develop business within targeted segments and build relationships with consultants, freelance architects, project management groups, corporate clients, hospitality, banking, commercial, healthcare, and retail and leisure sectors.
Manage the entire customer journey: customer leads and inquiries, presentations, submission of commercials, negotiations, contracts, project progress, after sales support, payment collection, and customer relationship management.
Research and source market intelligence, explore new opportunities, new channels, new revenue streams, and formulate strategies to increase profitability.
Review materials and accuracy of the final quotation before presentation to the customer.
Identify and source proper principals and suppliers.
Prepare and update weekly sales reports and other ad hoc reports as required in the company’s specified format for the review of Director.
Represent the company in relevant trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, networking events, and similar gatherings.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of KSA experience within the commercial interior industry consistently achieving sales targets.
Deep knowledge of interior designing and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design pitches.
Strong client relationship management; written and oral communication skills; negotiation and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of preparing commercials.
Ability to promptly collect all payments.
Proven track record of independently growing market share and own client portfolio, including prominent consultants.
Technical knowledge and experience in interior fit-out and furnishing projects.
