We are partnering with a leading Facility Management (FM) company in Riyadh. They are looking to hire a strategic and visionary Director of Business Development. This role is critical for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and spearheading innovation across the FM landscape. We are looking for a seasoned professional who excels in achieving business growth, leadership, client relationship management, and business strategy execution.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and company objectives.
  • Set clear and achievable revenue goals, driving market expansion and competitive advantage.
  • Lead innovative lead generation initiatives and conduct in-depth market analysis to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring a healthy and active sales pipeline.
  • Oversee the management of RFP submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and proposals reflect the companys value proposition.
  • Actively engage with both new and existing clients to secure partnerships and enhance retention.
  • Strengthen the brands positioning within the FM industry through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Leverage digital platforms, including LinkedIn and the company website, to enhance visibility and brand presence.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns that align with the companys growth objectives.
  • Implement advanced CRM systems and cutting-edge technologies to enhance client engagement and streamline project acquisition.
  • Continuously explore and integrate digital tools to support business development and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering professional growth and accountability.
  • Oversee the execution of tasks and ensure the quality of work meets the companys high standards.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Business Development in the Facility Management sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing market expansion strategies, and leading teams.
  • Strong proficiency in digital platforms and CRM systems to support business objectives.
