Business Analyst - Manager Level

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Manager Level) for a 2-3 month engagement to support business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation within a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into functional specifications and optimize project outcomes.

Key Requirements

1. 8-10 years of experience in a business analysis role, within IT-related industries.
2. Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
3. Strong ability to translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
4. Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders such as Product Owners, engineers, and business leaders.
5. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and a solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
2. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
4. Work with Product Owners, developers, and other departments to align project goals.
5. Process Optimization & Documentation: Analyze and refine business processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
6. Maintain clear and well-structured documentation for requirements, use cases, and user stories.
7. Support Agile & SDLC Processes: Contribute to Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).
8. Ensure alignment with SDLC best practices for successful project execution.
