We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of expertise in business analysis, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
Create comprehensive business analysis documentation including process maps, business cases, and requirement traceability matrices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with Product Owners, project managers, developers, and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
Analysis & Problem Solving:
Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making.
Review and evaluate processes to recommend improvements and innovative approaches to meet business objectives.
Project Support:
Provide ongoing support during the implementation of projects by clarifying requirements, assisting with testing, and ensuring alignment with specifications.
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Agile & SDLC Support:
Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to support iterative development and testing.
Provide input during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure business requirements are addressed.
Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure quality and functionality align with business needs.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Skills:
Strong expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
Proven experience translating business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analyze complex issues.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
Education & Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
