We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Arabic speakers preferred) to support key projects. The role involves gathering requirements and documenting business processes.

The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and document business requirements to understand and define project scope.
2. Track metrics from websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, etc.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and design data collection processes.
4. Monitor and interpret financial performance, providing regular analysis and guidance to Senior Management.

Work Experience: 6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in medium/large firms.
