We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Banking and Capital Markets to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and possess strong analytical and communication skills to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking and capital markets.
Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Conduct feasibility analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
Perform gap analysis and suggest process optimizations for banking and capital market operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial industry standards in Saudi Arabia.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-implementation activities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Capital Markets domain.
Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and system implementation.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence (BI) solutions.
Ability to interact with stakeholders, developers, and senior management.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a plus.
