Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Master Team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive success. You will also be responsible for documenting requirements, creating workflows, and ensuring the implementation of efficient solutions that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2. Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
3. Facilitate meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
4. Create user stories, workflows, and process maps for project planning.
5. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business analysis or a related role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in data visualization tools like MS Office Suite.
5. Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow design.
6. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA).
2. Experience in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
3. Understanding of SQL or basic coding for data analysis.
