Seeking a Business Analyst to lead the Digital Work Permit platform development, focusing on enhancing safety management in industrial settings. The role involves analyzing business processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and safety standards, and supporting the integration of robust digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical teams and HSE experts to define business and safety requirements.
Create and maintain clear documentation including business requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Facilitate communication between business units, IT, and HSE teams to align project objectives.
Develop test plans and support user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with both business and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of IT business analysis experience, especially in safety-regulated environments.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with HSE practices and regulations.
Business Analysis and Health and Safety Management certifications.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies in digital product development.
