Business Analyst

We're looking for motivated and experienced individuals to assist us in supporting the creation of our new in-house Change team and to drive the initial delivery of the IT project portfolio assigned to that team.

Job Purpose

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Using deep analytics skills, industry knowledge, and an attention to detail, you'll understand and capture requirements and assist with the implementation of approved solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will work directly with us and our suppliers to ensure successful delivery of the project portfolio and support the handover of activities into the client's new Change team as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within Business Analysis and/or Architecture roles.
• Candidate should be an Arabic Speaker.
• Proficiency in analysis, process design, and requirements capture.
• Knowledge of quality control and solution acceptance techniques.
• Ability to work within an Agile environment.
• Understanding of requirements when working with financial services clients.
• Experience in the formation of new teams is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tools to capture user interaction, screen flows, and screen design.
• Tools and diagramming techniques to capture process flows and solution designs.
• Requirements capture using various techniques, including Use Cases.
• Presentational skills in support of documentation and end-user training.
