Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with extensive experience in selling custom IT services in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding customer contexts, defining business needs, and translating them into viable IT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is capable of bridging the gap between client needs and our service offerings to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
  2. Lead pre-sales activities by engaging with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  3. Conduct detailed needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and document client requirements.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Solution Design & Proposal Development:
  6. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to define and craft tailored IT service solutions that address specific customer needs.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that articulate the value of our offerings.
  8. Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), scope of work (SOW), and other sales collateral.
  9. Market Knowledge & Industry Insights:
  10. Leverage deep understanding of the Saudi and Dubai markets, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
  11. Provide strategic input on market-specific customer pain points and requirements to help refine our service offerings.
  12. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in custom IT services.
  13. Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and manage the sales pipeline.
  14. Act as the primary point of contact for all pre-sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  15. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and operations) to ensure alignment on proposed solutions and project feasibility.

Key Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales / Business Analyst role, specifically within the custom IT services industry.
  2. Proven track record in successfully supporting sales efforts in Saudi Arabia and Dubai markets.
  3. Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
  4. Strong understanding of IT services, including but not limited to digital transformation, application development, integration services, and cloud solutions.
  5. Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
