Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for:

• Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and the successful delivery of projects and solutions.
• Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge of SOA and web services is a plus.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement.
• IIBA (ECBA) certification is desirable.
