Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to ensure effective communication and the successful delivery of projects and solutions.
Critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with UML and BPMN.
Knowledge of SOA and web services is a plus.
Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement.
