As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to ensure seamless project execution and business growth.

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to improve operational efficiency.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
3. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
4. Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.
5. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
6. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
7. Ensure business objectives align with technology and organizational goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or IT-related industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and business process mapping.
5. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
