We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems and integration with various IT systems, including ticketing engines, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), ERP systems, Payment GWs, and other business-critical platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define system requirements, and ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements for POS systems and their integration with other IT systems.
Analyze current workflows and identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
Ensure business needs align with technical solutions.
System Integration & Design
Define and document integration requirements between POS systems and ticketing engines, KDS, ERP, and other systems.
Work with IT teams to design, test, and implement integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system interoperability.
Support API and middleware configuration to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
Documentation & Training
Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and integration specifications.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new functionalities and workflows.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for POS systems and integrations, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with technical teams for resolution.
Monitor system performance to ensure seamless operations post-integration.
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on POS systems and IT integration.
Experience working with ticketing engines, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), ERP systems, or other business-critical platforms.
Strong understanding of POS functionalities, including payment processing, inventory management, and reporting.
Experience in industries like F&B, retail, or entertainment.
