Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
3. Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and reports.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
