Business Analyst

Master-Works is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your insights will help shape business strategies and improve processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and capture detailed requirements.
2. Analyze and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
3. Translate business needs into functional requirements that technical teams can implement.
4. Assist in developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
5. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather inputs and validate requirements.
6. Support testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure that solutions meet requirements.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.
8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is a plus.
