Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Delivering NTT Basic Skills Training curriculum
2. Supporting invigilation activities for assessments
3. Supporting remedial training activities
4. Writing assessment materials
5. Supporting the continuous improvement of courseware materials and media
6. Writing cadet reports as required to meet customer requirements
7. Operating to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism
8. Ensuring the completion of any other reasonable request by the BST Mechanical Senior Instructor, which aligns with Company business

Job Requirements:

Essential

1. Minimum overall score of IELTS 5.0 with speaking and listening band scores at 5.0 for non-native English language speakers
2. Graduates of advanced military trade schools, industrial equivalents or relevant educational establishments
3. 5 years experience within their specialty (mechanical engineering)
4. 2 years instructional experience within the last 6 years
5. Successfully completed an approved/accredited Instructional Techniques course
6. Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the desired engineering field

Desirable

1. 3 years practical experience in one of the below:
2. Engineman
3. Hull Technician
