Branch Manager- Transportation & Heavy Equipment

Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales, customer service and collections of the region
2. Meet set goals and metrics
3. Provide training, coaching and motivation
4. Visit and report on new projects and potential new customers
5. Be informed on local competition trends
6. Identify growth opportunities and local strategies
7. Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
8. Network to strengthen one’s reputation and that of the company

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 3+ years of managerial experience
2. 7+ years of sales experience in construction-related fields within Saudi Arabia
3. 3+ years within the Heavy Equipment rental business is preferred
