Block Chain Developer - Remote

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer to design, develop, and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across blockchain networks. You will work with a dynamic team, focusing on integrating blockchain solutions with business needs, developing innovative products, and providing technical expertise to optimize blockchain projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blockchain-based systems, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and token protocols.
• Write, test, and deploy high-quality smart contracts using Solidity or other blockchain languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing web or mobile applications.
• Ensure the security of blockchain applications by implementing best practices for cryptography and consensus protocols.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation for blockchain systems and protocols.
• Debug and monitor blockchain applications, identifying bottlenecks, bugs, and issues.
• Stay up to date with blockchain trends, technologies, and frameworks, and evaluate their potential for projects.
• Work with cloud platforms and DevOps tools for deploying blockchain infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews and improve code quality through continuous feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer, with a deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, or similar.
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, NFTs, and tokenomics is a plus.
• Familiarity with smart contract security practices and tools like Truffle, Remix, and Hardhat.
• Experience with API integration, cloud services, and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Web3.js, Ethers.js, and other blockchain-related libraries.
• Experience with Layer 2 solutions and scaling techniques.
• Understanding of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and permissioned blockchains.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
