Job Description:

• Develop detailed 3D models for fit-out projects, ensuring architectural integrity and design intent are preserved throughout the modeling process.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to integrate various design elements seamlessly into the BIM environment.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using BIM technology, proactively identifying potential conflicts before they escalate on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of model changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of revisions and updates.
• Utilize advanced software tools like Revit and Navisworks for modeling and visualization, enhancing design communication and decision-making.
• Assist in the creation of construction drawings and specifications derived from BIM models, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and updates on model progress while addressing any design challenges.
• Implement BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all project models and documentation.
• Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation processes by generating accurate data from BIM models to aid project budgeting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, continuously improving modeling techniques and workflows for greater efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling specifically for fit-out projects, showcasing expertise in architectural and interior design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, with additional experience in Navisworks or similar software seen as a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices is crucial for ensuring compliance throughout the modeling process.
• Experience with clash detection and resolution techniques reflects a candidate's ability to mitigate potential project issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are vital for maintaining model accuracy and managing multiple project components concurrently.
