A highly experienced and motivated BIM Manager to lead and coordinate BIM implementation across all construction trades, ensuring seamless integration of digital construction technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows while coordinating with multiple trades (MEP, Structural, Architectural, Infra ...etc.) to ensure project-wide BIM adoption and implementation according to Saudi construction standards and international best practices.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the creation, management, and validation of federated 3D models, ensuring clash detection, resolving spatial conflicts, and maintaining model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle while adhering to LOD (Level of Development) specifications.
3. Establish and enforce BIM protocols, including naming conventions, folder structures, and data exchange procedures, while managing the integration of BIM processes with project management systems and conducting regular quality assurance reviews.
4. Provide advanced technical support and training to project teams, facilitating the adoption of BIM technologies and methodologies while troubleshooting complex modeling issues and ensuring consistent model delivery across all disciplines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, MEP or related field with minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management for large-scale construction projects in KSA, with at least 3 years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams.
2. Expert proficiency in major BIM software platforms (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC ...etc.) and demonstrated experience in implementing BIM workflows across various construction trades and project phases.
3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and project delivery methods with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian construction industry and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and drive BIM adoption across organizations.
5. Excellent knowledge in design checking, coordination and interface managing.
6. Excellent knowledge in all BIM requirements such as Cobie, procedures, ISO 19650, and Asset management requirements.
7. Excellent and previous knowledge in project delivery and close out.

1. Advanced experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) integration with BIM models, including spatial analysis and geospatial data management for construction applications.
2. Practical knowledge of Digital Twin implementation, including IoT integration, real-time data monitoring, and predictive maintenance strategies for building systems.
3. Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) applications in construction, including model visualization, virtual walk-throughs, and immersive design review sessions.
4. Professional certifications such as Autodesk Professional Certification, BIM Level 2 Certification, or equivalent industry credentials.
