The Role of the Beverage Manager:
As a Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for a specialized bar and a vibrant and ever-changing banquet service. You play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of beverage service, meticulously managing inventory, curating exceptional beverage menus, and ensuring that every guest experience is truly unforgettable.
A creativity mindset is essential. You will have the opportunity to showcase your innovative thinking while crafting unique and enticing beverage offerings that cater to the diverse tastes of our esteemed guests. From signature cocktails that captivate the senses to carefully selected ingredient pairings that elevate dining experiences, your creative flair will play a vital role in enhancing our overall beverage program.
Your role encompasses curating engaging yet diverse beverage menus that complement our culinary offerings and reflect seasonal trends. Through careful menu selection and regular evaluations based on guest feedback and market research, you will continuously enhance our overall guest experience by offering innovative choices alongside classic favorites.
Your responsibilities include leading and managing a team while prioritizing daily operations.
Knowledge and Skills:
College degree preferable in hotel/restaurant management or business administration.
Two to three years of restaurant management experience at the department head level is required.
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the bars of the F&B operation while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance on beverage products and service for the F&B operation.
Possess management skills and upward mobility.
Prior Mixologist experience is essential.
Possess business acumen, well-developed guest PR skills, and personal flair.
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Creative mindset.
