What You'll Do
- Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures.
- Develops an understanding of beverage regions and the differences in flavor.
- Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks, and food items.
- Produces consistent quality during busy times and when under pressure.
- Reports all customer complaints to the manager on duty.
- Answers customer questions regarding beverage blends, preparation, and product freshness.
- Weighs, grinds, and packs beverages per customers’ orders according to Company guidelines.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of all beverage items, including company drinks, raw products, and pairings, and has the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing hot beverages using different techniques.
- Orders and controls bar stock and ensures minimum waste.
- Ensures high standards of hygiene in the work environment.
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum high school academic qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good talent, appearance, presentation, and knowledge of products used in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to integrate into a new work environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
- Knowledge of all products, including raw ingredients, and the ability to produce consistent taste and quality in all varieties of drinks offered.
