Barista for Seasonal Cafe in Mecca

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a seasonal cafe in Mecca. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal job with the potential for continued employment based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area
3. Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes
4. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
5. Upsell products to increase sales
6. Handle cash transactions accurately
7. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
2. Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
5. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
6. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
7. Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
8. Graduates with relevant hospitality or food & beverage qualifications are encouraged to apply

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
