Bank Teller - Customer Service Representative (Medina, Saudi Arabia)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and handling various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Handle currency exchange and foreign transactions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, policies, and procedures
- Identify fraudulent activity and report it to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a bank teller or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
