Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily bakery operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to food safety standards.
  2. Develop and implement production schedules to optimize labor and ingredient use, reducing waste.
  3. Train and mentor baking staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
  4. Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and receipt of raw materials to meet production demands.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create seasonal product lines and promotional strategies.
  6. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins.
  7. Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
  8. Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring product offerings align with market trends.
  9. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
  10. Lead team meetings to review goals, address challenges, and celebrate successes in the bakery.
