Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Sales Specialist to drive growth by expanding our business partnerships. This role involves developing strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, spas, clinics, and corporate clients, ensuring our premium beauty and skincare products reach the right businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand market share
  2. Identify and establish relationships with corporate clients, beauty retailers, and distributors
  3. Negotiate and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets
  4. Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize offerings
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored B2B solutions
  6. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closing

What We’re Looking For

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG
  2. Strong network of retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  5. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  6. Fluent in Arabic & English
