WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Drive category growth within the KSA & Bahrain markets, through efficient management of P&L, working with CBD teams on finding opportunities to grow and drive market share - while optimizing on TMI spending to drive Turnover.
2. Define and Drive Category / Channel Strategy
3. Run S&OP cycle and achieve full year category targets
4. Set Country / Channel / Customer Targets with CBD team
5. Work with CBD on Opportunities and risks within M zero to achieve target
6. Manage Category OS&R within the country to ensure consistent reduction and elimination of business waste
7. Own and manage total Category TTS Investment
8. Design promo strategy & menu / Pricing/ SOF Ambition
9. Work with Demand planning team on shipments mix, norms and additional requirements
10. Drive NRM levers 2,3,4

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum two years' experience in FMCG in sales, finance or/and NRM
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering
