Auto Technician Team Leader

Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Responsibilities:

• Uses diagnostic equipment as an aid in locating vehicle defects.
• Has experience in road testing vehicles and determining the faults.
• Coordinates the activities of subordinates.
• Inspects work performed by Automotive technicians.
• Demonstrates leading technical skills and personality traits.

Education & Skills:

• BA or diploma in auto mechanic or any related field.
• 5+ years experience in automotive industry; 2 years minimum as a team leader/supervisor.
• Has experience in leading technicians for at least 2 years.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on technical experience in the automotive industry.
