Building and maintaining a network of industry partners, public authorities, government (local, national & international) and key decision-makers who will help facilitate the successful completion of the project.
Maintaining communication with external stakeholders and peers to remain knowledgeable about current industry precedents and practices and to look for ways to work cooperatively towards common goals.
Ensuring technical transparency between authorities on matters that will have a direct effect on the development of policies.
Playing a key role in effectively resolving the critical physical interface issues between the project objectives and existing utilities by facilitating effective working relationships between governmental or semi-governmental bodies (ministries, authorities, schools, municipality, water & electricity operators, telecom operators…).
Monitoring current and emerging stakeholder issues and trends, legal precedents and changes in the regulatory environment (political, social, environmental and industrial) that may affect the project strategy.
Ability to effectively develop an argument, persuade an audience and partner at a senior level.
Working with the client to enhance the program’s image and to ensure successful community engagement through the encouragement of civic pride despite the initial adjustments and impact on the general public’s daily lives.

Prior senior stakeholder engagement on a large-scale project with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of managing others & taking the lead on a project of reasonable size or a number of smaller projects.
