Audit Manager in KSA

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple engagements.
2. Lead the audit of consolidation engagements for listed companies.
3. Involved in Transactions Services assignments including IFRS conversion, rights offering, capital increase of EDRs and GDRs, acquisitions, and spin-off transactions.
4. Schedule engagements, select staff, and assign workloads.
5. Prepare the audit strategy and audit plan, setting and monitoring budgets.
6. Handle legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting issues that arise during the audit engagement.
7. Provide leadership in the timely delivery of quality services.

Language Requirements:

Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
English - Very Good
