Role Description

We are seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager to join the Livedin team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our property portfolios quality standards, guest satisfaction, and day-to-day operations fully managed in a virtual environment. You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to optimize listings, coordinate photography, and execute strategies that elevate the guest experience while driving growth.

Your Role

  1. Property Curation
    • Oversee quality standards, amenities, and virtual maintenance requirements.
    • Recommend property improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  2. Photography Management
    • Coordinate and manage property photo shoots.
    • Ensure images align with Livedin's brand guidelines and are regularly updated.
  3. SEO & Copywriting
    • Optimize property listings with relevant keywords and SEO strategies.
    • Write and edit persuasive listing copy, including headlines, descriptions, and promotional content.
  4. Day-to-Day Operations
    • Supervise occupancy management, resolve guest issues, and liaise with on-site teams or vendors (e.g., cleaners, photographers).
    • Ensure consistent execution of revenue strategies across assigned properties.
  5. Team Coordination
    • Directly manage and mentor the Data Analyst, Property Creator, and CS Agents.
    • Handle escalations and maintain smooth workflows across all support functions.

Your Expertise

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in property management, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Familiarity with property management systems; ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimize listings and occupancy.
  • Communication & Copywriting: Strong verbal and written skills; adept at creating compelling property descriptions and engaging stakeholder communication.
  • Organizational Ability: Capable of juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
