Position Summary:
To ensure solid financial operations in the Operating Company (OPCs) by supporting the F&C Manager in the business decision-making as well as sound accounting and reporting for the Country, while ensuring the highest standards for stewardship and governance throughout the company.

- Ensuring accurate, transparent, consistent and timely Financial Accounting records and reporting submissions, in full compliance with NAS and other corporate and legal standards.
- Ensuring that effective internal controls are established, maintained and monitored throughout the company, and understood by all stakeholders.
- Support Management Accounting activities (including TTS, COGS and MOGE monitoring).
- Compliance with all company & local legal, tax and Audit requirements while optimizing structural set-up /risk profile. Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Work as One Team with shared services center NBS Cairo to manage stable and first time quality AP, AR and Accounting operations. Participate in route cause analysis and best practice improvement activities and close gaps. Effective relationship management with shared services to manage quality.
- Manage daily cash collection activities in coordination with NTC.
- Supervise local taxation activities and ensure correct and accurate tax filing is done.
Are you a FIT?- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations and leading an accounting team.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
