The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA.

Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Directing the Mace Logistics team and supply chain, accountable for project costs and budgets, ensuring a quality service is provided, ensuring works are planned and monitored.
2. Developing key working relationships with Principal Contractors' site management and tier 1 suppliers.
3. Overseeing health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental requirements of the logistic subcontract package aligned with Principal Contractors and client expectations.
4. Monitoring activities of Mace Logistics suppliers and reviewing changes to Mace Logistics scope, notifying the commercial manager of changes to scope.
5. Overseeing daily and weekly activities performed to ensure successful delivery of service.
6. Partnering with principal contractors' site management team, collaborating with tier 1 suppliers, overseeing the monitoring and assessment of needs and benefits, ensuring work is captured and in accordance with contract documentation.
7. Collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders, developing effective working relationships, overseeing service delivery and service innovation.
8. Being responsible for optimal workforce levels and site operations, ensuring a competent and safe working environment.
9. Ensuring the monitoring and reporting of waste trends, traffic flows, and delivery quantities are undertaken with an aim to improving productivity.
10. Overseeing site cleaning operations and waste suppliers to agreements.
11. Driving the overseeing and management of asset registers for plant & equipment, ensuring regular completion of audits and monitoring of assets.
12. Directing the retention of health & safety file documentation ensuring all statutory requirements are achieved.
13. Delivering continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
14. Driving transformational change.
15. Being accountable for the Mace logistics contract costs and budget.
16. Contributing/inputting into project logistics and traffic management strategy development, developing plans, overseeing the delivery, and managing delivery of the logistic service provision.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
