About Our Client

The client specializes in the FMCG sector and is offering a competitive opportunity for an experienced Associate HR Director to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct the implementation of HR strategy through guiding the HR team to develop HR functions specific plans, monitor their progress and coordinate with business unit heads on their implementation to ensure that employees are engaged.
  • Lead the development of HR policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure consistent application, transparency and ease of operations for employees.
  • Generate HR performance KPI's reports to demonstrate progress and highlight issues.
  • Conduct a thorough review and analysis of reports submitted by HR function team and make timely decisions to ensure enhancing HR performance.
  • Oversee the development and consolidation of HR function budget, monitor its expenditures according to the allocated budget, and conduct periodic financial reviews to ensure controlling the HR function costs.
  • Develop and monitor the application of guidelines for organization design and job analysis to ensure quality standardization and maintenance of organization structures.
  • Drive and influence the behavioral and cultural requirements, i.e. the code of conduct, to enhance core values, beliefs and ensure having the optimal desired culture.
  • Direct the workforce planning and budgeting activity and its regular updates to understand and prepare for manpower acquisition/transfers based on strategic and individual objectives.
  • Direct the design and implementation of best-fit recruitment and internal mobility strategies to attract, motivate and retain competent talent, and use of internal talent in order to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Direct the development and implementation of Sunbulah's Saudization strategy in alignment with national objectives and labor requirements to attract, develop and retain Saudi nationals.
  • Direct the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policy and processes and oversee the periodic reviews and checks conducted by the C&B function to support attracting, motivating, rewarding and retaining talent.
  • Direct the development and implementation of a performance management system process with HR Managers of Subsidiaries to adapt the system and conduct performance setting and reviews as planned to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
  • Direct the design and implementation of best-fit training and development programs, periodically monitor programs delivery and ensure maximum return on employees' development and business productivity to support the achievement of the required employees skillset and business objectives.
  • Design and implement the generic competencies training programs for the total group.
  • Design and implement an employee satisfaction/engagement tool to improve work environment to create an engaging culture work environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have/be:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and/or a professional certification such as SPHR, HRBP, CIPD, etc.

Minimum Experience:

  • 12 years of relevant experience in human resources management.

Language Requirements:

Arabic and English.

Saudi National.
